What Is Solution-Focused Agile?

This you've seen.
And probably this too.
And here's one you're very familiar with.
But how about this one?
Or this one?

Solution-Focused Agile is more than a name. Innovation often emerges from the big bang at the intersection of ideas and disciplines--the Medici Effect. And Solution-Focused Agile is such a mashup of techniques from multiple disciplines, primarily Agile and Solution-Focused Management.

The Agile Alliance defines Agile as "the ability to create and respond to change in order to succeed in an uncertain and turbulent environment." The Centre for Solutions Focus at Work defines Solutions-Focused Management as "an incisive way of building positive change in tough situations...with roots in 'brief therapy' and a long and well-established heritage in many contexts including organisational change, education, conflict resolution and coaching.

Mo Hagar has been leading organizational transformations since 2005 while, along the way, developing this unique approach to Agile. To get a feel for its breadth and depth, navigate the mind map at Solution-Focused Agile
