Let me clear up some confusion on the book(s). One book morphed into two books: one on Solution-Focused Agile (SFA) and a second on my K2 transformation model. I planned to launch SFA first but, because it's a collaborative effort, it's moving more slowly so K2 will launch first. Stay tuned for the Agile Trekking book and podcast!

What Is Solution-Focused Agile? Clues--Part 2

SFiO, an international network of Solution-Focused practitioners, maintains a list of "clues" that distinguish Solution-Focused ways of working. There are three sections: Basic Position of the Practitioner, Tools, and Background. In Part 1 of this three-part series we looked at the Basic Position of the Practitioner.
